The following provides a snapshot of the admission process. An application is not complete and ready for review until all of the following steps are completed and materials have been received by the Admissions Office.

Applicants who submit a complete application by March 1 receive priority consideration for fall enrollment at St. Stephen’s Episcopal School. We encourage families to apply early, as space is limited and demand is high.

After March 1, applications are reviewed on a rolling admissions basis as space allows. Once all available spots are filled, qualified applicants are placed in our Waiting Pool and may be considered if openings become available.

Families will be notified promptly of the Admission Committee’s decision once the review process is complete.
